"Well done"

I have been with this surgery for many many years. I had a few years living overseas and was lucky enough to be able to go back on their books upon my return. I had to visit the nurse recently and I would just like to say how professional and reassuring she was when I expressed a couple of concerns. I must admit I always request this nurse as she is very good at what she does She went through everything with me, kept checking to see if I was OK and talked to me throughout (no doubt to take my mind off things!). I am a huge fan of the NHS and unfortunately it seems to be only the negative stuff that is spoken about. It is a lovely surgery in general and all the staff seem very nice (and I have seen many different staff over the years). I would just like to say well done and thank you to all the staff at the surgery - carry on the great work (as I know you face some tough obstacles / challenges at times).
