"DiCE Education Programme at Westbourne Green"

About: St Lukes Hospital (Bradford)

I attended the Diabetes in Control Everyday Ed course at the local hospital.

The Dietician led programme was for clinically obese patients educating our group about T2 Diabetes, how it works, portion sizes exercising advice and lots of encouragement.

I have become all psyched up to join the Gym in city centre.

We were advised to follow a healthy eating plan, watching carbs intake and gradual moderate exercise is the only healthy way to reduce our condition even stop Dibetic meds just by losing weight sensibly, realistically and cutting out high carbs foods.

The Dieticians were excellent, presented the course very well, they knew their subject very well.

I highly recommend this course.

No need for bariatric surgery, just hard work exercising and eating a well balanced diet is the best way to loose execess weight.

Try it, it really works.
