"A big thank you"

I was admitted as a day case yesterday. I wanted to give a big thank you to all the staff who looked after me so well.

I am disappointed I cannot mention names, but the nurse who looked after me on the ward was so efficient, as were the catering staff, and a special thank you to the anaesthetist who managed to canulate me so smoothly, and his assistant who kept me talking whilst he did it!

I used to work with Spire and intend to write to nominate the nurse for an award if you still do them.

I was so grateful to have my procedure done at this hospital.
