"Subarachnoid brain hemorrhage"

About: Neurosciences (DCN) / Neurology Western General Hospital / Intensive Care

(as a relative),

I am the family of a patient treated at western general for a subarachnoid brain haemorrhage. I can't thank every one enough. Icu nurses and doctors, the surgeons, ward 20, 33 and 32. Being so far away from home you made us all feel welcome all the time. Special thank you to ward 20; chloe, amy, Stuart And james. I'm sorry I didn't get to thank you in person but you will truly stick in out minds always. The patient is now catapulting himself into recovery and wanting to go back to work! If it wasn't for all the care he got here he wouldn't be here today. Thank you to all involved.

Dear amyboo,

Thanks so much for taking the time to share your story! I have passed your kinds words on to the Clinical Nurse Manager for the Department of Clinical Neurosciences so that she can share your feedback with the teams.

I am delighted to hear how well your family member is recovering!

Thanks again

Helen
