Talking from experience this has to be proberbly one of the best practices around most doctors actually take time to listen.
My biggest gripe has to be appointments I ring at 1 minute to eight only to be told the surgery is now closed so I ring again at 8am and its engaged so I keep ringing when I'm walking to the surgery and still engaged when I get to the counter. One solution would be for receptionist to have access to the Osborne Rd appointments and vicer versa but have there own phone number per surgery so patients with Eastney ring Eastney which actually sounds feasible but weather possible I don't know
