(as a service user),

I had a GDoc appointment at Dr Grays hospital and had a really good experience despite how awful I felt with a particularly nasty chest infection and shortness of breath. I was given two nebulisers and some steroids to go home with but I felt genuinely listened to and that the nurse practioner whom I saw was efficient and so professional as well as comforting and friendly. Could not fault any of the proffesionals at that hospital as I have been seen there so many times before for other things and have always been treated with compassion. Thank you all.

I am really sorry to learn that you had been unwell and I do hope that are feeling better now.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your positive experience with the GMED Service in Elgin.

I am really pleased to hear that that our Advanced Nurse Practitioner provided you with excellent care as well as that the Practitioner was compassionate and comforting. I am also pleased to hear that your experience with other professionals in NHS Grampian has always been a positive one.
