"I coud not get my diagnosis as I was not..."

I was waiting one month for results of my biopsy ( I was told that it will take one week) after emails and calls I have been told that the result is unclear and I have to repeat the same biopsy. When I asked for a more detailed reason so I can get an authorisation from my insurance company to repeat the same biopsy again nobody got back to me. My health insurance have expired now due to me changing companies and after being a patient at the Highgae hospital for 3 months

I have not received any diagnosis.

I find it unaccaptable that at the private hospital they might not know which laboratory biopsy samples were sent to and the results which should take 1 week I receive after a month and that being told that they are unclear. I have waisted my time for visits and tests without a proper diagnosis nor suggestion for treatement

Also for one of the tests I was asked to pay by cash before the test was done, where my consultant have known that my treatment is covered by insurance company
