"Wonderful Care"

My Experience since I’ve joined Wembley Park Drive Surgery has been really great. Before I came here I had bad experiences, my Doctor used to prescribe high doses of Ibrophen for pains in my knees when he knew I am Asthmatic. I was told to come back when I was worse. Then one day I could hardly drive because I had excruciating pain in my knee, I phoned my x-doctor and found out I had been taken off the doctors list because I didn’t go there enough. My daughter had to take me to A & E and I had X-rays for the first time on my knees and the nurse not only told me I have Arthritis but also she was very annoyed with my Doctor!

All that is behind me know because my Doctor has helped me all the way, he has been fantastic support with my Arthritis, my Asthma and all the other moanie weird things I tell him about. Ok I know it’s hard sometimes to get what u want, it’s a busy place but when I phone I have always been spoken to nicely and get an appointment or able to talk to my doctor on the phone.

Everything is explained very clearly and I feel all my needs are met with such professionalism and care.
