3 week wait earlier in the year to get an appointment after already having spent two weeks trying to get an appointment, now a five week wait after taking a day off work to make an appointment after 3 weeks of trying to get through on the appointments phone line.

Our services:

Apart from a dedicated appointment phone line which is manned 5 days a week we have an automated 24/7 phone line on which you can make a routine appointments. We also offer an online appointment booking system.

Routine appointments are opened up every Monday for the following week.

Nurse Phone Triage in available for 6 sessions per week for those wanting to be seen on the day.

We also offer e-consultations 5 days a week via our website.

This year we have had a fulltime GP on long term sick leave and the Senior Partner retire which has put the practice under pressure.

A new Salaried GP starts in August when we will be fully staffed.
