"HRT"

Made a appointment for Thursday I really wanted one to discuss the menapause and the receptionist said I was due a smear test so she made it with nurse which was fine I thought I would just need a blood test to see if I was going through the menapause the nurse there is lovely and I told her how I was feeling the hot flushes loss of periods but more importantly the mood swings I scare myself with them she gave me a print out and I said I would rather just go ahead and take the HRT I want to feel like myself again she pooped out to the doctor and came back and said the doctor said no go holland and Barrett for herbal treatment. There is reason why I can't take HRT and no evidence that herbal treatment work it took a lot for me to go in to discuss how I felt and feel I can't go back to discuss this with the doctor she didn't even pop in to see or explained why I have emailed NICE to see what I can do but honestly I will probably change doctors
