"Phone conversation with a Doctor"

About: Radcliffe-on-Trent. Health Centre

Very rude and dismissive manner!

Said I wasn’t an emergency and had more important people to deal with who may have chest pains and miscarriages!

I didn’t ask for a emergency call, just asked for a call sometime during the day to see if there was anything they could suggest as this problem wasn’t going away!

Offered me an appointment in 6 days time!!

Not sure I will be seeing them again,very caring I don’t think!!!!’

We are not able to discuss your medical problem on this forum, but should be grateful if you would ring the Practice Manager, Mr Ken Johnson, who can discuss this issue with you and make you an appointment to see one of our GPs.
