"aggressive receptionist"

Whent with my sister for a blood test she asked for a follow up appointment was told their was no appointments because there was only one doctor on when my sister asked why the receptionist points to the wall and shouts those are the doctors its not my fault they are all women with kids so they can only work part time and the male doctor only works 4 days a week she continued to shout we have got 11 thousand patients on our books so u will have to phone at eight in the morning I have tried to phone for her at that time its a waste of time can't get through my sister has epilepsy and has fits during the night and her medication makes her very groggy in the morning and has to come round in her own time she can't just jump out of bed like normal.I think there should be allowances made for people that have this disability,patients who were sitting were disgusted with her attitude don't know her name she will know who I'm talking about needs to go on a training course for people skills.If I could make a suggestion my practice have a sit and wait every morning between half eight and half ten five min appointments this works really well but u would need 2 doctors on .
