"Never answer phones"

About: York Medical Group

Nearly impossible to get through to make an appointment. You have to ring on the day to get an urgent appointment (otherwise you have to wait a month) and it's impossible to get through. Constantly engaged and when it does ring no one picks up. This must put people off trying to book appointments, even when they really need one.
