"Appalling and disrespectful- let down -..."

About: Croydon University Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

Treated disgracefully and with no respect. Serious heart condition but treated in trivial way, with broken ankle, both in hospital by staff and as outpatient by appalling doctor. I hope to never have anything to do with this dreadful place again after my current health issues. I have never been treated so appallingly in my entire life!!!!
