"Hearing aids - not heard a thing!"

About: Queen Alexandra Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

On 23rd April I was tested by QA Audiology at Highlands Road Practice, Fareham and told that I needed 2 hearing aids. 'They will be with you in a month to six week,s" I was told.

I have heard nothing - excuse pun.

Phone calls to Audiology, when successfully transferred, get the engaged or staff fail to answer - even when left to ring for 5 minutes plus!

It is not reassuring to find that I am not the only person experiencing this lack of service.
