"Prescriptions"

I called into the surgery to try and reorder some medication. I was informed that I could only use the prescription ordering service and handed a card with a phone number on.

However it states on NHS choices I can call into the surgery to order. Maybe this needs updating so further confusion can be avoided.

The receptionist here have changed and now come across as uncaring and uninterested. Maybe they could do with a little more support.
