"Care of a relative in hospital"

I write on behalf of an older relative who recently required care in the high dependency unit in Glasgow royal infirmary.   The care given was exceptional and all staff made sure we were informed of what was happening to our relative. The nurses were warm, friendly, encouraging and compassionate. We can’t thank them enough for their skill and commitment to ensuring the highest standard of care was delivered. We would especially like to thank Carol Anne and Dionne who made our relatives stay so much less stressful.
