"Poor service"

About: Clacton Hospital

Called 111 they booked my father an appointment at Clacton hospital, we wasn’t seen at the time booked besides that he was prescribed antibiotics for two serious infections I tried every pharmacy in Clacton neither stocked the type of antibiotics the hospital prescribed so I decided to pay the hospital another visit they ensured me that the antibiotics will be changed and the prescription faxed over to the pharmacy, that was not the case instead I had to bring my poorly father back to the hospital to be re examined!!!! Very disappointed!!
