"Complaint"

About: Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust

I visited at Mary's Hospital in Friday 13th to my schedule appointment. (I am a Lupus patient)

Only this time have a broken leg -two weeks in.

I was struggling to get to the inside of the clinic because my joints and muscles were hurting. My friend who was assisting me went ahead inside to see if she could get a wheelchair to support me, she went to the girls at the transport desk and was told, "that it was not their job".

Whilst I appreciate it may not be their job, they could have quite easily located someone who could help. This is not good client service especially in a hospital.

In the end my friend pleaded with young man. Whose job it was not either, and he helped me with the wheelchair, taking me all the way to the clinic.c

Some staff need to be trained better in customer service.

. After all the people who visit hospitals are patients
