"Hospital appointment disappointment"

About: Solihull Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I received a letter informing me of a forthcoming appointment with a doctor last week. I therefore arrived to the hospital slightly before my appointment was due just to find out I was having to wait an hour. After waiting, the doctor refused to admit me and three nurses stood around me like an army making sure I would not enter the room. I felt disrespected and disappointed especially when I received no explanation as to why was I having to see a doctor who I did not have an appointment with. I would love to have an explanation to this before I write a formal complaint to a suitable organisation. I don’t think I have to mention that the doctor I saw was not helpful at all.
