"antenatal scans - great service"

About: Community Healthcare Services, St Mary's Hospital

(as a service user),

I have had a few complications during this pregnancy and required having scans. Meg has been the member of staff that has scanned me on a few occasions and she is excellent.

She greats you nicely, recognises when she has seen you before, looks and reads your notes and then explains what she will be doing, when she scans you she talks you through clearly what she is doing, reassures you where she can and explains the process that will be followed when issues are identified. she is very reassuring, clearly knowledgable and competent and is very reassuring.

I wanted to say thank you to the team as the appointments when issues are identified make very swift appointments for you, but also to Meg who I think is brilliant at her job and I hope I have her for my next scan at 32 weeks.
