"Staff interaction with patients"

About: University Hospital Monklands / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

Had an appt at the colposcopy clinic today. From front desk to treatment I couldn't fault the staff. Being a senior nurse I had lots of expectations (and fears) The SCN was fantastic putting me to ease straight away and the Consultant doing the procedure was professional, friendly and compassionate. What more can you ask for. I asked LOTS of questions which were answered with patience and friendliness. I am honestly so grateful for there time and effort. Well done ladies a credit to our NHS

You'll know yourself how much staff can learn from feedback provided by people accessing services. Your feedback highlights the person-centred approach that the team aspire to provide for every patient, every time.

The team recognise that the majority of people are anxious and may have lots of questions when attending for procedures. I'm glad you felt supported and reassured by the team and it will be my pleasure to share your positive feedback with them.
