Came onto M1 ward yesterday for my op under general anaesthetic. Was understandably nervous.
I have nothing but praise for all the staff involved - surgeon, anaesthetist, staff nurses, HCA, student nurse student midwife, theatre porters, and anyone else who I have missed. All were friendly and efficient and kept me well informed and calm.
