"Miscommunication or lack of duty"

About: Royal Hallamshire Hospital / Neurology

Hello I would like to say I was seen by a Neurologist in January, the Neurologist did my fundament tests, body movement tests etc and arranged for my MRI, the consultant didn't seem to recognize the nature of my condition although she was friendly and concerned of what could be affecting me.

I spoke to the Secretary a couple of weeks back or so and explained to her about the muscle stiffness and pain also weakness. My GP has been thorough and have me some medication for my spasms when I told the Secretary her response was "If you want to update this with your Neurologist please let your GP know for them to send us back a report of what you been experiencing or about your condition ".(I am due for a follow up appointment)

I inform my GP and receptionist and apparently the Secretary didn't remember telling me to fax them any report to update them on my condition and yet my doctors receptionist told me to give the Secretary a ring to speak to them about this. Either its jumping through hoops or the Neurology just want me of the list this is ridiculous!
