"Impossible to get an appointment to see a doctor"

About: The White House Surgery

I was trying to get an appointment with any doctor in the GP on Monday, Tuesday but It was very hard. With lot of difficulties and attempts of more than half an hour from 8.30 I was able to speak to the reception then she told me that I have no appointments left. This week Tuesday I was trying more than 40 minutes but could not contact the reception to get an appointment. Finally I decided to go to the GP Surgery personally and told the situation of not being able to contact the reception. The reception informed that there may be lot of call on the line. However I didn't see any patient waiting there to see the Doctor at about 11.00 am.

I had a scan from the hospital and they informed me that I have hernia on right side. But from Surgery they texted me that no need to worry. Who do I trust?

We are sorry to hear that you have had trouble getting an appointment to see a doctor.

We are extremely concerned about the hospital scan that you have mentioned. As you have not left any details and the review is anonymised, we can not contact you.

Please could you contact the practice manager urgently so that we can look into this as soon as possible.
