I can always see a Doctor on the same day as I phone for an appointment, if necessary. The reception staff are very helpful. Whichever Doctor I see is always helpful, patient, respectful, and understanding. Being able to order my repeat prescriptions online is brilliant as I am unable to drive, also being able to book a routine appointment online with my choice of Doctor is very good.
