About: Bolton General Practice

great doctors, friendly gp / nurses who listen to needs at all times I’ve been.

receptionist always happy to help, friendly and respectful even at very busy periods which is often in a morning.

All the staff are always happy to help.

It can be sometimes difficult to get an appointment or get through on the phone (AM) but I suppose it’s like that at other doctors as well.

Overall a great practice. Keep up the good work.

Dear Patient,

Thank you for taking the time to add your comments to the NHS choices website. We always try to be patient focused and go the extra mile .

The practice can be very busy at various points in the day and we fully understand that it can sometimes be difficult to get through on the phone and get an appointment from the practice.

Please be rest assured that we are continuously looking on ways to improve both the phone and appointment system to ease access for our patients.

I will pass on your comments to the staff that, as you will be aware work in a very busy and sometimes challenging environment.
