"Broken Wrist"

About: Witney Community Hospital

On Friday 22nd June

I was directed to the Witney Hub from my GP surgery because they couldn't give me an appointment. I had fallen the day before and hadn't realised the damage I had done.

I was then directed to minor injuries for an x ray which revealed a broken wrist. I was fitted with a temporary plaster and an appointment made to visit the JR for a cast the following day.

Throughout this experience I was treated with the utmost respect and dignity. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff both in reception and the clinical side. Unfortunately I haven't any names but thank you all so very much.

Dear Jeanette

I'm sorry to hear of your broken wrist, but pleased to read of the positive feedback on the service experienced.

Kind regards
