"Excellent treatment."

I presented ar HGH on 30th June with a suspected broken ankle and in great pain. I was triaged immediately. X-rayed, bone reset and plastered and sent to Cramlington where again l was seen immediately, treated and admitted to ward one. The following morning l had surgery then returned to ward one for aftercare.for the next three days. The care l received was excellent by any standard, from the moment l arrived l was treated with kindness, caring and good humour by surgeons, doctors, the anesthiatist, nursing staff and ancillary staff.

I was seen by physio’s and OT’’S all exceptional.

My room was immaculate and the food more than acceptable.
