"Daughters bad treatment"

About: Watford General Hospital / Gynaecology

My daughter was admitted to the hospital when a mass was found in her pelvis after being kept in a chair in A&E until 4am she was admitted to AAU, Then after 2 days was moved to Gade ward where she was kept waiting for a scan, after making a complaint she finally got her ultra scan done. She was then moved by amblance to Elizabeth ward for 1 night offered another patience medication and released without all test being done and being told she would be called with a date and time for surgery after a meeting on the Wednesday we are now nearly 4 weeks down the line it will be 4 weeks when she has her surgery in the meantime a cyst that was 16 cm at ultra scan and 19cm 4 days later at c.t scan has continued to grow and makes her look 6 months pregnant. Is this really the best treatment this hospital has to offer????
