"Awful blood taking experience!"

The person who took my blood didn't ask my name, just said 'have a seat fella' then started talking to his colleague asking if he should go for lunch. Rushed taking my blood saying 'sharp scratch' several seconds after he had pierced my arm and did it very roughly going right through the vein and having to pull back on the needle to get back into the vein (I used to take bloods myself at York hospital so know the procedure) During the whole procedure he didn't ask my name, dob etc. 12 days later I still have a bruise the size of my fist!
