"Excellent service."

I joined this practice at the end of last year after having continuing bad experiences at my old surgery. I have a long term health problem that does require me to see a doctor quite regularly so I mostly book my appointments in advance however if it's too far in front the reception staff always explain and tell me when is best to ring to book the appointment. I recently had to ring the surgery as an emergency the receptionist was really good took my details and a doctor rang me back 15mins later and I was given an appointment later that morning at the surgery the doctor I saw was very efficient listened to everything I said asked lots of question and was all round genuinely kind and caring. I can honestly say every member of staff I have dealt with have been really good. I have a monthly prescription which is ordered by the pharmacy I use never have any problem with this either which was one of the many reasons I left my previous surgery. I wouldn't hesitate at all in recommending the practice.
