"A great team"

I had to go to hospital this week for the removal of a growth on the back of my shoulder. The staff were called David and Maureen and they were both lovely and very thorough. They were pleasant, reassuring and professional too. I am a retired nurse so I may be a little more fussy than some (!) but they were absolutely lovely. As I was laid on my side and it was on my shoulder, I couldn't see anything but they were every reassuring and in fact I was hardly aware of what was happening because it was done so carefully. My friend came with me and requested to take a picture so he could show me and I thought that it was very nice of them to allow him to do so. Everything was done professionally with a lovely sense of humour here and there too.

I do feel that you mostly hear people complain about their treatment, but when staff are under such pressure these days it is important to say thank you. These staff really are a credit to their service and everything was just spot on.
