The Grove Medical centre in my experience, provides a consistently excellent service. This is shown throughout the practice. The receptionists are friendly, and informative, both via telephone and in person. The waiting room enables access to short videos which are informative about health, both physical and mental. I have found the care of the GPs to be caring, non-judgemental, with clear advice, and guidance. I also feel that there is an ethos of patient -centred care, and I always feel that my suggestions and feelings are listened to. I feel that I work in partnership with my GP, to manage my healthcare, and formulate the next step. I have also been able to gain access to more specific services which are relevant to my needs. The overall environment is clean and well-organised, and the consulting room always has a high standard of hygiene. I also find the internet patient access, a very easy way to book appointments. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who is new to the area.
