My son referred himself to Wellbeing in March 2018 and hasn't heard a thing since !!! They sent a letter outlining it was changing hands and we would be kept up to date every 4 weeks. We didnt hear anything for at least 6 weeks so after my husband made calls we were told we would be kept informed BUT to date nothing!! All they did at the beginning, when my husband complained to the Commission dealing with this organisation,is give him reduced price entry to Inspire for physical activity. Although this is a good thing the staff dealing with him have let him down and never come back to him!! Everytime we ring it goes straight to a voicemail, we leave a message and NOBODY has even had the decency to call back.
Considering this service is to help people feeling vulnerable and needing help it is having the adverse effect!!!
I cannot believe how they can treat the the people they are set up to help in the worst way possible!
