I have been treated by the ENT department and have nothing but praise for them.
It was a pleasure to be greeted by smiling and cheerful staff at 7.20 this morning! Everyone was pleasant and efficient. I felt very confident that I was being looked after well. The surgeon was very caring and kept me informed about what he was doing.
The theatre staff were proficient and friendly too.
All in all, for an operation with local anaesthetic, it was almost enjoyable. Thank you.
