Came to support my sister for a difficult hospital visit. From the receptionist at the main entrance right through - all staff were courteous, pleasant and helpful. All smiles and supportive natured during what could have been an unpleasant experience.
She was seen in a timely fashion, the facilities were bright, clean and welcoming.
NHS - this it's done! If there were such a thing, staff here would ensure this was a "Flagship Hospital"- setting the standard, raising it high.
