"Unable to get results of heart tests. Feel unwell."

Cardiology department - give you tests and you're told the cardiologist will get in touch with you if there us anything serious on it.

But, I'm falling over, light-headed. Scared to go out. Eventually, appointments line gave me an appointment for 2 months away with a 3rd consultant. But why couldn't they let me have an appointment scheduled when I had the test. Why always a different doctor with different plans?

Everyone keeps telling me to go to A&E

It is CRUEL to make someone wait this long with a heart condition... CRUEL to do tests and not be able to get the results.

Lesser point but receptionist does not respect dignity. Yelled man's date of birth to whole waiting room because he had heating aids. He was obviously embarrassed.

You don't shout at people with heating aids - it is uncomfortable for them and very embarrassing.
