"Lovely staff"

Had an overnight stay following a routine tonsillectomy on the ENT ward, was treated well from start to finish, the staff bothered to learn my name and checked on me regularly, making polite conversation and making me feel comfortable. Anaesthesiologist and Surgeon were both friendly and made decisions on my care involving me and did their jobs effectively and in a timely manner.
