"Excellent care"

I have been under referral at Bolton Department of Ophthalmology for about 3 years now and always had excellent care, however there was always a long tedious wait for each eye test. My last appointment to my pleasant surprise was at Waters Meeting, Medical Centre. Where they now have a Glaucoma Evaluation Clinic. The whole experience was fantastic, the nurse explained that we would be hooked up to the hospital via the computer,live, and if there were any immediate problems then these would be addressed very quickly. There were no long waits, in fact I was in and out in less than an hour!

I also received a letter to tell me my results ( which I hadn't had before ) true to her word the nurse had told me if there was a problem I would hear within a couple of weeks, if not about six weeks.

Well done all the staff at the new unit at Waters Meeting, and thank you for your outstanding care!
