"Stent implant"

March 2nd only a snow plough was on the London Road. I expected my appointment to be postponed due to the blizzard but one nurse had cancelled his annual holiday and another had walked in from her home outside Cheltenham to make up the team. I was put at ease and the procedure was done taking less than half an hour. The staff were wonderful in their care and professionalism. I felt so much better the following day. Very dedicated staff - thank you.
