"Extremley upset"

I had an appointment today with a doctor and wonder how he would feel if a member of his family was in need of help and all they received instructions on how to leave his practice instead .This is a running theme at the moment. I have been with this practice from birth both my parents are there and my mum is seriously ill which means that I have to stay in contact with them. A receptionist tries very hard as do all the girls, however please dont get poorly or start needing medication or you will be deemed to be not the type of patient they want..I am left without a Doctor mid treatment now. I am staying with my Daughter very close to the surgery according to google my new address which is undergoing major work is 2.1 miles which is nearer than my old address at 2.4 miles. I do not expect visits so can only summise that I am not the type of patient they want as I need help.

What happened to this practice. What happened to human kindness. What happened to the care. Despite me being extremely unwell. I am now without a G.P.

Lets hope nothing happens to me. Hindsight is a wonderful thing after the event.
