I've had to use the surgery twice recently.
I've always been happy with the frontline staff, who no doubt have to handle some trying situations at times. I find they go out of their way when necessary to help patients.
The GP's are attentive and contrary to what I have read before, are not typing out notes as soon as you walk in the surgery.
In an age where the NHS is under great pressure from all angles, I cannot praise Churchfields Medical Practice enough for the 1st class effort everyone shows.
