I had to visit the Urgent Care centre on Friday night with my daughter who hurt her toe badly. All nurses and reception staff were very lovely. The Nurse we saw in the Urgent Care centre was very thorough and considerate. We were then referred to Childrens A&E where agian the Nurse we saw was excellent, very friendly and professional and put both of us at ease. The Radiologist who x-rayed my daughter was excellent too. It was unfortunate to have to visit but excellent service was given throughout the night and into the morning.
