"Therapy is tough, but I'm treated with compassion"

About: Rampton Hospital

(as a service user),

I would say the best thing about Rampton is the therapy. I have a very good and caring therapist. (DR Sainsbury).

She really actually cares about patients and does her best to help people.

I have been doing schema therapy for two years now and its very tough but she treats me with kindness and compassion.

I'm lucky to have a good and really caring therapist.

Thanks for this encouraging posting. I think people not involved in therapy often don't understand how painful it can be. People have said to me before that it's been the toughest thing they've ever done. It's great that you are working so well with Dr Sainsbury.
