"Impressed"

I visited the Dermatologist earlier this week and was very impressed with the knowledge, and friendliness of the staff. The process and procedures were explained thoroughly to me and I was able to discuss my options without feeling that I wasn't being listened too. The staff were more than willing to help me and provide any reassurance that was needed.

I cannot fault the hospital. Thank you very much.
