My main gripe is getting appointments at Grove Road Surgery. The receptionists always try to get you to go to one of the other surgery's. It is only on insistence that I finally get the appointment. My husband needs injections for cancer every 3 months and at 85 years old I don't want him travelling too far to his surgery. We have been at this surgery since 1984 and never had this problem with appointments before. I just can't understand why it's so hard to get an appointment?
