I would like to say a big thank you to the staff of Ward 27, Vascular Surgery and the ESA for the way they looked after me during my visit to the York Hospital on 18 June 2018.
From being met on arrival until I left the hospital I was treated with the utmost respect by all the staff with whom I came into contact; the Health Care Assistants, Nurses, Anaesthetist, Theatre Staff and Surgeon.
My dignity was respected throughout my stay and calming effect of all those whom I met made my short stay a pleasurable one.
All staff should be justly proud of their professionalism and I would have no hesitation in recommending The York Hospital to family and friends.
