"Fantastic, friendly and helpful staff"

I have been attending the Nottingham Radford Medical Practice for a few months now and every time I have been looked after by the receptionists and serving GPs. Notably, one Dr. and the Asthma specialist, both continually go the extra mile to ensure that you are taken care of and far exceeded my expectations. Supportive, caring, understanding and very knowledgeable, the appointments are never just an in-and-out “sorry, were out of time” service, and I fully recommend the practice to anybody who asks in my area. Every need and query little or large, was taken care of with a reassuring smile and wealth of knowledge that put my mind to rest. I feel that both they, and the rest of the staff at the practice deserve a special acknowledgement for their service and are a massive credit to the NHS.
