I am writing to let you know how much I appreciate the outstanding service and care that your staff provided for me between 2/6/2018 to 5/6/2018 .Your staff were very attentive and helpful. I cannot commend enough all those NHS staff who worked so hard to ensure that my stay in hospital (a total of three and a half days ) was really stress-free and as relaxing as they could make it .From the moment I walked into your A+E department I was dealt with quickly and politely through the various department till the moment of my discharge. I would only compare this to the service offered by a private hospital .Your hospital and staff have given me confidence in our NHS and I was very lucky indeed to have been visiting your area and have such a excellent hospital to take care of my needs. I would be extremely grateful If the AMU unit ,Gunthorpe ward and Kilverstone ward could receive a copy of this letter to express my gratitude for the care they showed .
